It seems that custom aspect ratio X & Y won't work with 4.4 release.
Any ideas?

@bulga Care to elaborate more ? The RA version has been the same for a few months, way before 4.4 was released, so there's not much that changed here. Please also post the system's settings as requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
