      Is there a way to edit display scaling/aspect ratio in gpsp config files?

      This is the psp version of the emulator and some of these settings are missing for me:

      I can't find much on the wki about changing display settings either. Basically I would like the emulator to stretch to my screen as I have black borders on the top and bottom.
