While updating all themes it waits for input "Username for 'https://github.com':"

I don't know if this is by intention or a problem, I just report this here.
Pi Model or other hardware: 3B
Power Supply used: Original Raspberry Pi psu
RetroPie Version Used: 4.4
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: 2 Buffalo gamepads, 1 F500 Arcade Fightstick, 1 Wireless receiver for mini keyboardI decided to update themes by clicking "Update all installed themes". For 2 minutes it was saying for each theme the same
Already up-to-date.
and the other lines connected to this message. First I noticed was, I don't know which theme it was, because message was identical for each of them, without note of theme name.
Then it stopped, waiting for some input. I didn't know it was waiting for input, thought it got frozen by checking the internet.
Username for 'https://github.com':
I don't have a Username there, so just clicked Enter on keyboard (two times, second one for password. Then it returned some lines and I think it updated the theme. Not sure where the log of this output is.

why not try again and this time make a note of the error/message?
i suspect git detected some uncommitted modifications in your directory, but that's just speculation. we need to see what it said.

@dankcushions Ok, I decided to do the update all themes again. This time in PuTTY, so its easy to catch messages. BUT! I can't login with the address RETROPIE anymore. No problem, as I can use the actual IP for it, but I wonder why RETROPIE doesn't work. It worked today. As a sidenote, Samba with the generic RETROPIE does work. Whatever, thats a different thing. Not sure if there is a connection to this problem.
Whatever, now I can read the message and it says Repository not found. Here the relevant part of the log file (found it):

es-theme-cygnus
it looks like this theme repository doesn't exist anymore. paging @BuZz - guess it can be removed from https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/blob/06d4418ed485f701ce42f61e9a1777142c0fd946/scriptmodules/supplementary/esthemes.sh ?
after that is done, you could update your setup script and try again.
