      @administrators @Global-Moderators
Does anyone here have issues posting/editing posts on these forums when using Firefox?
When I click on reply or new topic the red "chat bubble" button appears in the bottom right but the "forum post section" where you enter your title, description, and tags does not appear. Sometimes I have to press the button and refresh the page 10+ times before it shows up.

      To answer the obvious questions:
      I'm using Windows 10
My internet connection is fine, I am on a 250 Mbps ethernet connect.
      Adblock Plus is disabled.
I only have like 3 other addons for Firefox (mostly for video codecs).
      I have no anti-virus/firewall running.

Sometimes I just give up and I then open Chrome and it works immediately!
It is really annoying needing to switch browsers or repeatedly spam refresh/click the button.
I have the latest Firefox update (61.0) but it has always been like this!

@madmodder123 Better ad block software is ublock origin than Adblock Plus. Adblock got bought out and compromised. Conversation here : https://www.reddit.com/r/RetroPie/comments/7s7r4s/unable_to_get_playstation_bios_working/

        ublock origin : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UBlock_Origin

Ublock blocks more unwanted ads..popups..etc and 100% effective.

Apologize for going off topic in your thread.

@madmodder123 I'm using Firefox every day on Win10, I have no problems whatsoever. I only use uBlock Origin for ad blocking as the only addon (which I recommend over adblock plus).
The forum site has this 'responsive' design which switches to a 'mobile' look depending on the app window size - I don't use this and I usually keep the Firefox window large enough so it's considered a 'desktop' size.
Try starting FF without any addons and in private mode (so the previous cache is ignored) and see if you get the same results.

We don't use any ads or tracking short of cookies specific to the forum use (eg keeping track of last read posts, etc.) So whitelisting adblockers for the forum shouldn't be a problem

If you read the documentation it will answer 99% of your questions: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/

Also if you want a solution to your problems read this first: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first

Ah that seems to have been it, ublock origin is working fine for me now. Thanks for letting me know about adblock plus, I remember when they were on top, but I guess times change :/
Interesting though that it seems even though adblock plus was disabled for this website, it seemed to be causing the issue.
