Set line count for gamelist page up/down?

I could've sworn I've done this before, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it again (if indeed I did do it initially).
Is it possible to specify how many lines/games the page up/down buttons skip on the gamelist? Thanks!

I think the value is not configurable (6) and it's set in the source code.
