Any Way to get Virtual Cop 2 on Flycast to Work ???

I'm on a Pi 4 wanting to know if there is a update or a fix on Flycast for the game Virtual Cop 2

The Sega Smash Pack "Game"for Dreamcast has Virtual Cop 2

When I attempted to try Virtual Cop 2 on the Sega smash pack on the Pi , it just froze or crashed (forgot at the moment , i tried last week but been wanting to file a request on for a fix )

I would love to play a Virtual Cop game on my Pi 4

I infact have never played a Virtual Cop game and hope to On my Pi 4

Any info please replie or the tip I may need to follow

Virtua Cop 2 works on the Pi 4 using lr-yabasanshiro emulator

it's a bit slow, but playable (becomes a bit easy because of the slowness)

For a very similar game ... try Confidential Mission (Noami 1 (-lr-flycast) or Dreamcast (Redream)

I have Dreamcast version and is full speed and is playable with a Joystick without any special setup ... and i personally enjoy the game more than Virtua Cop 2

@Zering it definitely won't work on redream, afaik redream still has no wince support, even if it claimed it was almost finished almost 1 year ago.

@escc1986 you need flycast with wince support for virtua cop 2, it requires a somehow beefy 64 bits device. pi4 is far from meeting the requirements.

I didn't know that Virtual Cop plays on the Saturn core , I would need to check that out , thank you for the tip

I do have Confildental Mission , haven't played through it , but it does look like a fun light gun game , I will definitely try it :D
