Arcade game not starting

Here is my configuration

Pi Model : (Raspberry Pi Model B Rev 2
Power Supply used: nokia usb power supply 2A

RetroPie Version Used :4.7.1
Built From: retropie-buster-4.7.1-rpi1_zero.img.gz
USB Devices connected:keyboard
Controller used:nes controller

I am trying to play my old games like 1942b for example

When I start the game with mame4all , is is like the game is blocked with the first "image" when the rom is starting.

After that I can't do nothing, everything is blocked

I saw that my cpu goes hig 90 -95 %

I have nothing on the run.command.log except that :

Parameters: 
Executing: /opt/retropie/emulators/mame4all/mame "1942"

My rom seems to be ok as I have rebuild them using the profile mame4all-037b5-RetroPie-260.dat with clrmamepro

I don't know what I can check now

I am still blocked

I use now a 32 GB card and I nes controller but i am still stucked at the first image when the game is starting,,,

What are the recommendation for a samsung TV ? for resolution ?

Ok

for a reason that i don't understand, all my rom working using mame2000 emulator.

Maybe my old raspberry 1 b is not enough powerful for the mame4all emulator ...

So if it could help someone to have this info...
