lr-pcsx-rearmed freezes after hitting restart

Hello guys,
I have a problem with lr-pcsx-rearmed. After I hit Restart in the Retroarch Quick Menu, the system seems to freeze. I can't do any inputs with controller nor keyboard. The raspberry is still accessible with SSH. I have a PI3 Retropie 4.1, Retroarch 1.3.6 PCSX-ReARMed r22. Anyone has the same problem or a solution for this?

For restart pcsx I use hotkey (Select + X) with psx controller.
