@mitu nice one... My concern is about heavily customized setups (for example mine) where I have one directory per Arcade manufacturer (although they use the same emulator, they have a different theme setup for example), and directories do not necessarily match the system name, but I guess I can consider that as an edge case.

      Thanks Again!

@zantetusken10 I think the problem is joycond. I uninstalled it (manually deleting the files it installed + disabling the service) and now it works. The only quirk are the leds of the controller. For example, if I connect it with bluetooth the first time the first light will be on, if I disconnect and reconnect via bluetooth, the first + second light will be on like if it were player 2, but the controller will work fine nonetheless.

Now, to get it to pair properly with Steamlink :D

Has anyone had any more success for these? They really do look like nice controllers and I hate for them to collect dust :-/

Sounds like retrogame isn't installed, or it isn't loading when booting, or isn't configured properly.

If you open the terminal (press F4) and push your buttons and see if the corresponding letters appear.

If you see no letters when moving the joystick or pushing buttons, then retrogame isn't working
