I have a build for a Retropie image I'm working on, but in testing it, I need to tweak a few things. I know what files I need to adjust, however, I don't want to rebuild the entire image from scratch (as it would take a LOT of time fiddling with the entire image, and I just want to zero in on one or two key changes).

Is there a way to both read the ISO (so I can extract the handful of files I need to update), then copy them back to the existing ISO and overwrite the originals? This would save a lot of time and would achieve the desired changes.
