i am running a rpi 2b with retropie 3.7 in a NesPi build. i am running into a huge roadblock when trying to setup the controllers for the shell, the ports, and the few emus that dont support retroarch configurations. i have 2 8Bitdo NES30 pro's hooked up through bluetooth and a raphnet usb2nes adapter. My roadblock is that the raphnet controllers are always assigned to the js0 and js1 indexes (the two assigned to most of the controls for things that do not use retroarch). Everything that uses Retroarch configs loads the controllers in the right order, but anything that only recognizes js0 and js1 and have more than 4 buttons are unplayable. I would like to make it so when i have a bluetooth controller connected, it takes priority over the adapter in the controller index, and when they are disconnected, the adapter then takes their place so i can choose which controllers work by connecting or disconnecting the NES30 pros. i think it would be a script that would run in the background, but i have no idea where to begin writing it.. i have everything else pretty much up and running, but i cant for the life of me figure out what the fix for this would be.

You guys are amazing! and any help is much appreciated!
