NES gampad usb and one PS3 controller

I´m new at this and I could not find the answer any place here.
Is it possible to have one NES pad usb and one ps3 controller to work together in games?
Like if i start psi games with my ned pad and in the game I want to use the ps3 controller wireless, i just start using it, is it possible and if so could any one telle what to do:)
