Edit: My understanding is that when you are looking through your various emulators with Emulation Station, you only want to see the ones you use.
The way I do it is via FTP. I haven't tried through the menus, though I think it can be done but you would need a usb keyboard connected to your pi.
In /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/, create a folder, I like to call mine "_unused" without the quotes, so it is always listed on top Move all unwanted emulator ROM folders to: /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/_unused Restart Emulation Station You'll now see only the emulators in the root of /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/ that are not in a subdirectoryDoes this make sense?
