Did you try to ask the vendor if they have Linux support ? Is the controller you have the Brawler64 BT NSO Edition - the one that's created for the Switch ?

@hawkes_84 yep, thanks for the feedback though...will keep digging when i get some time.
@mitu the toggle was set to "PC", but I tried both settings just in case and there was no difference.
I also downloaded an app to test input from controllers and got no signal, so I guess that settles it...
Any solutions yet? Still hearing about a Firmware update...
