@hbornstein You need to read the instructions. If it is not working - your emulator / rom pairing is incorrect as stated above.

I would like to thank every single one of you'll that has tried to help me understand the mame system, this mean a lot to me. I have learned somewhat and now have mame working. This couldnt be possible without you'll guys I thank you so much.

@s1naloa10 that answer is incorrect. It is very unlikely you need bios files for your Mame roms rather you need the correct romset. This is all very clearly detailed in the documentation.

I suggest you give the docs a read and you'll find your questions will be answered.
