      @duglor

      I looked at the source of lr-bluemsx and the problem is already fixed :
      https://github.com/libretro/blueMSX-libretro/commit/a0a63d4f38069872195b8afec442848fdf04f12f

      Not sure, right now, if the binary still has this problem but the problem should automatically be fixed when a new binary is shared for the install.

      Only the docs would need an update.

      We don't support 3rd party images or systems bought with RetroPie - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Selling RetroPie is against the project's license.
      If you'd like to use RetroPie, get one of the images from retropie.org.uk/download and then follow the installation instructions from the Docs to use it.

      My advice is to not use 'Save on Exit' and use Core/Game overrides for changes you want to add to the controls. If you want to have a global configuration setting applied to all Libretro cores, open RetroArch from the RetroPie system in Emulationstation, make your changes there (it will modify the global RetroArch config file) and use Save Configuration to save those changes. More details about the configuration structure used by RetroArch in RetroPie can be found here.

      @majellin the official raspberry pi power supply

      https://www.amazon.com/Official-Raspberry-Foundation-Power-Supply/dp/B01LCNF8FU/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1550009155&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=official+raspberry+pi+power+supply

      You may be able to get it cheaper from a local vendor.

      @totallyice Please re-read my previous message. Your system is stuck in a reboot loop so you're not going to be able to access the command line to make any modifications to fix the problem.
      In order to fix this error, you'll need to delete/disable the Controlblock service, but you'll either need a Linux computer to read the card's Linux partition (won't work from Windows/macOS) or you can try booting into 'safe mode' on your PI system to have a command line to make modifications. See https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/672/a-stop-job-is-running-for-lsb-controlblockservice-init-script/13.

      @wizardling Shucks, I'm blushing here. But seriously no problem at all, just browsing the forum and saw your post and noticed you were using apt and was aware it sometimes can cause issues like this.
      The "problem" is that Linux will do exactly what you tell it to do and if you aren't fully versed in exactly how things work it can cause problems. I honestly couldn't tell you why it works, other than it handles installation of packages and dependencies differently.

      A solid green led means that the SD Card cannot be read. The red should be on because it indicates power.

      @simonster

      Thank you for your reply, yes i have switched power supplies and the green light went off before i switched it off. I did not replace the sd card however as it is the only one i have and i will not be getting one soon.

      What i plan to do today is to redownload retropie and redo all the whole process again. If it fails, i will safely presume that it is my sd cards fault.
