      @sleve_mcdichael Of course... I used xboxdrv so many times for gamepad-mouse-keyboard mapping, but I didn't know it could mimic xbox pad. Thanks.

      @mitu

      Hey mitu, I had a clean install and added the two sections in the system.sh file within the Scriptmodules folder.

      Now I'm trying to reinstall to show the correct flags, but whatever I reinstall it still shows the previous flags. 64bit gl vulkan x11

      Note: 0 cores installed

      What should I reinstall to update the flags correctly?

      Edit: a restart helped me retrieve the flags into the RetroPie setup

      @mitu Thank you Mitu,

      I couldn't figure out how to skip, so I just made the button the select key. I was able to start Mario but then couldn't exit, Hahahahah. I read your post on how to exit by skipping holding A, and then it prompted me for Select.

      Thank you! I appreciate your help!

      @mitu I just tested and this will work just fine. emulation station will flip when launching through terminal on the desktop. Bummer that the setting does not stick after a reboot. This is for an arcade machine so it doesnt reboot often anyway. Thanks again.

      @DTEAM That's not how you run X11 programs. Please install and then start a normal desktop session that will allow in turn to run the desired (X11 based) programs from it.

      @sith-lord-goz You may try with Skyscraper 3.16 which adds --query="id=<IGDB-id>". However, the Game filename must have some similarity with the IGDB Game Title. Also the GameBase DB import from the SpeccyMania GameBase may come in handy.

      @MinivanDriver i noticed a ; too many in front of the name [USB Gamepad] in the /opt/retropie/configs/n64/InputAutoCfg.ini file

      Example:

      ; InputAutoCfg.ini for Mupen64Plus SDL Input plugin

      ; USB gamepad_START
      [USB gamepad]
      [SWITCH CO.,LTD. Controller (Dinput)]
      plugged = True
      plugin = 2
      mouse = False
      AnalogDeadzone = 4096,4096
      AnalogPeak = 32768,32768
      Mempak switch =
      Rumblepak switch =
      R Trig = button(5)

      Etc.

      Remove it, and try it. I think it prevents the .ini to start the pad configuration

      I meleu

      I think those two links could be added to your list:

      Tutorial: Handheld and Plug & Play systems with MAME

      new scriptmodules (lr-vice-xvic, gsplus, proper lr-mess integration!) replaced by Development of module-script generator for lr-mess and mame standalone

      Maybe this one too: Sega Naomi in lr-reicast
