      By default, you don't need any configuration - a RPI3 will enable the analog video/audio when no HDMI is detected.

      enable_tvout is just for Pi4, which doesn't do the switch automatically.

      When you're measuring the output, is the cable plugged in the Pi ? If the signal goes through, then maybe the issue is the TV - does it accept composite from other sources ? Do you have a PAL or NTSC TV ?

      @beldar I think it's something where the cable probably shouldn't be working, but does.

      I mentioned here I was using an Argon One V2 case, that case didn't work with the same cable.

      However I just purchased an official cable, and it works fine.

      False positives everywhere

      EDIT: I have looked into it more, and realized that it was because overscan was disabled. I neglected to remember this for some reason, but I have fixed it.

      Normally the Pi should switch to composite if the HDMI port is not connected, but you can force PAL by adding sdtv_mode=2 to the config.txt configuration file.
      Assuming your composite cable is correct and you've switched the TV input to the RCA input, you should get an image.

      @mitu Yes i edited the XML file. The default was 1920x1080 and i changed it to 640x480, which of course is 4:3.

      I tired test yellow, red and white by two cables but it still don't work, There website you can see which cable I using.

      It don't work, I think maybe code error.
