About 80mm width, 100mm height. Depth I'm still 100% as I'm waiting for a PCB board to fit before I can decide definate. Anything more than 15mm is probably too much. But Height is negotiable is width and height are reduced, mainly because of the battery compartment area being empty after cutting away to make certain areas more accessible

@mediamogul Thanks for the reply. Yes I tried remap the keys in emulation station. But when I play the keys arent what I mapped them.when I use a keyboard the keys are ok but I want to play with xbox controller.
Edit: I reintalled the retropie and now everything including the keys work ok. Thanks.

@twd oh i forgot to mention that it was for mame. my roms work for other emulators like snes and genesis on ES but not on AM.

also, not interested in using floobs image yet. I like to make it myself and know how to configure it manually. just seems like the right info isnt displayed anywhere online. i have a feeling i need to get floobs image tho, this shit is frustratingly difficult.

For anyone that's still following this, I've found some FFMPEG settings that work:

vcodec = libx264 acodec = libfdk_aac pix_fmt = yuv420p threads = 2 scale_factor = 1 format = flv video_preset = ultrafast video_profile = main video_tune = animation video_bufsize = 512k video_minrate = 512k video_maxrate = 512k video_r = 60 video_g = 120 video_keyint_min = 60 sample_rate = 44100 audio_preset = aac_he_v2 audio_global_quality = 1

It doesn't need to be formatted if writing the image to it as that contains all the partition information.

I've tried both analog and digital in these games. Rayman is an example of a game that requires digital control, which works fine. These 2 games don't seem to respond either way.
