Please add the rest of the info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Are you running RetroPie or just regular RaspiOS ?

The volume control error is not related to the crash - it comes from EmulationStation.
Assuming you're using RetroArch and one of the NES cores to stream, the problem is probably in RetroArch's streaming module. You haven't added any of the info asked https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first, so it's difficult start diagnosing what's at fault here.

Edit - looks a little heavy for me to do right now. I'm going to just run the retropie updater which will put me at 1.10 and patiently wait for the new RA t to be added

If you modified the command line for the emulator to add the streaming parameter, post the modified command line here and the emulator's log file (from /dev/shm/runcommand.log).

Thanks I actually ended up abandoning the Pi as a media straming box idea so lookign at a dedicated retropie rig now :)

You can stream to twitch via RetroArch - see here or here on how to configure streaming.

@mitu ok thank you i kinda made it work more smooth but the only problem i would have will be the cam freezes and that is sad hahah

@BGallagherLA I've just watched your videos . Those are really nice! The main point is you can play "nice and soft" on RBPi4.
If you check my streamings out you'll see the results are the same as yours. But unfortunetely unplayable on RBPi3. See you on Twitch!

Has anyone had any issues with audio?

My audio seems to work on launch of steamlink. Then stops suddenly during a game.

It seems to mute the volume during the game. Easy enough to put back on the laptop... But can't seem to do it in game? Can anyone help?

@handsomegenius I had a good chuckle at your instructions - thanks! They definitely work too as I'm now watching Perth breakfast telly (and losing millions of brain cells by the second). God save us from Australian free to air. It is truly horrid.
