@robertybob as far as I know it's set up for it to appear in the RetroPie menu but I don't know if anything else needs to happen for it to show up there. For sure it works to copy it over manually via FTP, that's the way I did it.

Would it be useful to also add an option like that to the built in scraper?

@jdrassa As far as my research goes with the github documentation and this thread, datetime can only be displayed in integers. Are there any workarounds to make us able to display a month to its string representation? Any leads and help are much appreciated.

Nevermind, I played around with different export settings and found one that ES likes and also renders an image in browser.

@masteryoer with the pi3 updated you can even have the xbox boot video for your splashscreen. You can get rid of all the boot text as well. So it will look like you are booting an xbox. Plus you could put the audio sound from the xbox when you scroll through your games. You can also add the sound the xbox makes scrolling when you scroll through your games.
