Hmm... Can anyone post a new list? There was an "google dokument" link with a list of working Dreamcast games in the start of the thread, but i cant open that dokument

@addison There is a huge site for this, but it requires you to play specific emulator versions of MAME. Other systems or emulators aren't allowed. It is called WolfMame and have several changes in its source code to prevent from cheating. Unfortunately, it is only available to pc. If you still interested in it, go ahead and have a look at MARP site.

But be aware, you can't just enter you name and score without any proof. WolfMame will record an input file and you have to upload it too.

Those are really nice. I constantly have to restrain myself from buying these because I know I wouldn't stop. Still, there's one I couldn't say no to. I've had him for a few years and I still get a kick out of seeing him on my fridge.

Neverball needs the experimental OpenGL driver and apparently it requires a desktop environment. Unfortunately, I don't believe it can be run as a port in the way you're wanting.

@petrorie It is probably because the tech have some other disadvantages than scanlines only, making the image worse, which you may dislike. The emulation together with LCD displays have "perfect" image, clear from any pincushion etc and color corruption duo to ntsc standard and cables (consumer or rgb?). Plus the consumer tvs have worse scanlines than the good scanlines we used to emulate. On NES emulator, I use blargg's NTSC filter to add additional artifacts, even if I didn't have a NTSC console and grown up with superior PAL system (at least superior in image quality). I like it the bad way. ;-)

Btw, funny enough I posted several hours ago something related to your statement. I show there, why I use shaders on my crt monitor. Thats right, I got crt monitor and still use crt shader on it. :D Its just because I can't run them in native resolution, sadly. Dreamcast and other consoles had replacement shells available, both official and 3rd party. Might be a good place to look and they would have loads of room for things like drives or multiple pis. I know its probably off topic for this threat, but I can definitely see some possibilities in them.

I don't buy any modern games... especially not now with all the crap going on in the gaming industry. I can't believe people put up with it. I grew up in the good old DOS days, playing many shareware games that pushed the technology at the time. Now I support GOG and have been from their earlier days. They have a great business model and seem to know how to treat their customers. I don't need realistic graphics. I'm more interest in gameplay. That's why I enjoy retro-gaming on the PI so much... thousands of great games to experience. The gaming industry has gotten too much like Hollywood... more CG then storyline, but worst with how they try to milk every last cent out of you.

So if you're playing a game with a friend, you normally stick to no continues?

While playing the game, I watched his performance with my aunt, my aunt loves Kevin. However, I like to play my MMO games more. My aunt does not understand that, but it's also a form of work. When I play in POE and Exalted falls out to me, I am very happy. Auntie does not know, but I can sell such an orb and earn real money. My adventure with Path of Exile began faster than Kevin's adventure. I buy it. To play Path of Exile, I have to collect quite a lot of these exalted orbs.
