Which emulator are you using? FBA works fine without "neogeo.zip" in the roms folder. I have it just in the BIOS folder.

@Rubencn1234 Check to make sure you have the right BIOS file. neogeo.zip needs to be ~1.5 MB and CRC-32 should be 20F12195

If I were to hazard a guess, I would say that changing over to a USB boot means that your USB ports are staying powered on when your system isn't running. You should probably just unplug the power source after shutdown.

FWIW I read on another forum about someone havin the exact same issue with Wii U Pro controllers. They ended up buying a dongle and it resolved the problem.

I just found that out that it only works if my audio amplifier is shutdown. I have no idea since that both adapter and amplifier are self powered.

If I turn it on after the screen is show there is no problem, if on at the same the pi and monitor are turned on no image :(

I have this controller, It is the case linux does not have the usb dongle drivers it works fine in the usb though without the wireless adapter

As far as monitor heat extraction, no it wasn't something i had considered but now you've mentioned it, it's something i'll need to look into, so again thank you for your help and guidance i really appreciate you taking the time.

I am not sure if you are still having the same issue, but I was experiencing the same thing after the latest update. I was able to fix the issue in the input settings by setting throttle, frameskip dec, and frameskip inc to ‘none’ (which can be achieved by hitting esc). For some reason when hit joystick directions I was randomly registering F## keyboard presses as well. I noticed this when binding some other controls. Not sure why, but those options above are tied to f8, f9, and f10 and seemed to be causing the problem.
