Before you share the solution to "the problem", you should tell us what "the problem" actually is!!?? You still have not done this. Currently, your problem is still "my project"does not work! Bizarre. I shall assume from your username that you were born back in 2005 and it shows.

The error above happens I believe when the ps3controller driver is installed as the standard bluetooth daemon is disabled. The isue may be an update to the ps3controller driver which was in place for a day which had a bug. Try updating retropie-setup and removing/re-installing the ps3controller driver and repairing.

OK here are two brand new tests, with the exact settings and steps I am using:

Exited Emulationstation and tried the scraper with default settings and it still didnt do anything- it instantly says complete.

I then deleted the gamelists from both folders whilst emulationstation was closed.

Ran the scraper in emulationstation again and this time it outputted a file which I could use. The only difference I did this time was made sure emulationstation was closed when I deleted the files- I thought I had done that before but maybe I hadnt and that was the difference.

Weird that it doesnt work outside of emulationstation just for the SNES and weird that it just worked this time- I had tried for 2hours constantly trying different settings/combinations of trying to do it before. No idea why it worked this time but it worked so I'm happy now!

When i update retropie from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 (or 4 i don't remember) i got a lot of problems. Controls stopped working insidee psx games, and the bios wasn't been detected! I put the bios in the psx roms folder and it works.... But I don't get why they launch update that breaks user configuration completely

Ah, I gotchya. I don't mind them so much for the right project. I re-purposed my old purple iMac into an aquarium. It looks great at night with internal lighting.

@BuZz I find it strange that happened. I never messed around with those configuration files because I didn't want to break anything.
Sure enough, I went in and changed the volume to 100 and it's back. Thank you very much.

Nothing I know of - and I don't have one of these controllers. I have a real PS3 controller which works well.

Sometimes running sudo apt-get clean might clear up a little bit more space.

You might be able to free up enough space and the re-run that Update All Installed Packages from the RetroPie Setup Script and it might be able to fix itself and start working again like normal. As long as this time it doesn't run out of free space.

If that doesn't work then try Basic Install from the RetroPie Setup Script and if that doesn't work then I'd suggest backing up everything and re-flashing your SD card and starting over.

Sorry for my late reply. I have insert the line

/dev/sr0 /media/dvd auto defaults,nofail,x-systemd.automount 0 2

And the DVD ist mount at the bootup. But if i change the DVD disc it will not automatically mount the new disc ;(
