I only had time to run two tests on the 4.1.14 setups, and one on the 4.1.5. I hit F4 to exit out of Emulationstation (thought that would be best for the test).

So first things first, the Linux version:

uname -a on the 4.1.14 system says:

    Linux retropie 4.4.26+ #915 Thu Oct 20 17:02:14 BST 2016 armv6l GNU/Linux

uname -a on the 4.1.5 system says:

    Linux retropie 4.4.34+ #930 Wed Nov 23 15:12:30 GMT 2016 armv6l GNU/Linux

(which doesn't make sense to me because if I'm reading it right the 4.1.14 is dated about a month BEFORE the earlier 4.1.5? - yes I double checked it)

    And the AikonCWD benchmark tests:

    4.1.14 Pi Zero #1:

Raspberry Pi Benchmark Test Author: AikonCWD Version: 3.0 temp=43.3'C arm_freq=1000 core_freq=500 sdram_freq=500 gpu_freq=500 sd_clock=50.000 MHz Running InternetSpeed test... @TheKrakenWakes Nope. Tended to use cabled LAN for the Pi2 and Pi3 I setup, but set up a zero over WiFi no problem.

@nestorian You hadn't installed runcommand ? Did you not do a "Basic Install" then? Note the log I was after was the runcommand log not the install log.

I can't advise on the PSP issue without more information. https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first (eg rom name, which emulator, runcommand log)

PS. You can't embed pastebin - you can just include the url to the pastebin post.

@BuZz OMG. Thanks, BuZz. It worked.. I guess this was some information that I either overlooked or just didn't come across. You just saved me from a great deal of stress.

Thank you so much, BuZz... You are awesome. :)

@Allo said in MULTIPLE buttons for an action? (PiFBA):

Ok, so I've downloaded the correct ROMs and now running lr-fbalpha. I've entered the menu to customise my buttons, but I still can't find a 3 punch/3 kick option!

Where do I find this 3 punch/3 kick option?

    quick menu > options

    or

    quick menu > controls

i think here should be something like that

@RumblinBuffalo I am also interested in resolution and performance. I use a 1080p monitor for my arcade and I didn't set any resolutions, so I guess it's all at default, and using CRT-pi shader. I don't notice a performance hit, but perhaps 720p is better? Where am I going in my system to adjust this?

@WilsonB Yeah, it's a bad post, makes you look seriously lazy. You need to read the guide. MAME roms are not universal. More importantly though https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first. Angry with my response? don't be. Be angry with yourself. People on this forum spend countless hours repeating the same old thing over and over and over and over and over and over because people do not read the guide. For example, I wrote this. I spent time doing it to prevent this question. It complements the full guide. Have you read it? Have you read this? I say No. No. No. No. No you have not.

@xDefendKalihix said in Help my games won't boot up:

the screen goes blank for a 1sec. Then goes back to the list of games.

Please tell me this isn't with a MAME / FBA emulator? Please?

Like a guess that you aren't using a libretto core PSX emulator.
