      @buzz
      You have a good point.

      I had a very similar problem to this thread. I replaced my Pi 3 retropie with a Pi 4 and retropie was behaving in a jittery fashion with Emulation Station and the games weren't smooth. I also have a 4K Samsung Smart TV as did the original poster. Although I wasn't using Amiberry, I was using mame, daphne, and jzintv and I figured the same solution that @gordonfreemanjr used would work for me. So I added the five lines to my /boot/config.txt file that he listed in his "IT WORKS" post but lo-and-behold it did not work for me. tvservice -s was still showing a 4K connection when I expected 1080p.

      My solution was simple with a twist. Starting from the stock config.txt, I uncommented and modified the following:

      hdmi_group:0=1 hdmi_mode:0=16

      It was necessary for me to add the :0 to get it to work. Now there are no jitters, the motion is smooth, and tvservice -s reports a 1080p connection.

      Did you make any progress with this issue?

      I'm facing exactly the same problem now.

      @stevecrawf0rd those files found on whdload.de are just installers, you need to find another source for the actual games. These games are the ones you should put in the amiga folder.

      Thanks @thorr69

      I found deleting the RTB files in:
      retropie/configs/amiga/amiberry/whdboot/save-data/Kickstarts/

      Then restarting sorted out the issues I was having. I think there were some leftovers from the other files causing a conflict perhaps. Sorted now though.

      @yserra

      Ahhhh, so if I had the .adf files I could just zip them all up and they should work, is that right?

      Thanks for pointing out the simple mistake and putting me on the right path.

      My suggestion would be to use the RetroPie image directly and not through BerryBoot.

      @yserra thanks for your help I sorted this.

      That didn't work when I typed what you put. It kept saying no directory etc.

      Anyways I deleted the duplicate games.. Put the correct paths in and did the games again and now only one appears in emulation list and it works great.

      Thanks again

      @nemo93 Technically neither have I. It runs as a CD32 game if you rename the .CUE file. I've been running it like this for a while but 3.3 (or maybe an earlier version) seems to have broken it,

      I'll wait to see what 3.4 brings.

      @amook11

      I had the same problem and with my pi in the network and under

      \\retropie\configs\amiga\amiberry\conf\

      I opened and edited this file:
      rp-a500.uae
      it has a line:

      kickstart_rom_file

      there goes the exact name of your 1.3 rom in the bios folder.
      of course you can also rename your existing rom to name that's already there.

      same procedure needs to be done for the 3.1 kickstart I 've just noticed..

      for people unsure about the correct roms: https://github.com/midwan/amiberry/wiki/Kickstart-ROMs-(BIOS) there you can find information about the versions needed including a crc check code, to see if you've got the right file.

      I found that by editing the config.txt file that corrects it.

      I used sudo nano /boot/config.txt and removed the # in front of disable_overscan=1 to enable it.

      Some zips work perfectly, others have to be disk swapped, and some don't work at all.

      So just stick to WHD load .lha games that contain the full set of disk files.

      @tomassi said in Amiberry not autobooting lha files:

      In the summer I bought a 'retro-frenzy' game console which is essentially a raspberry pi with thousands of games on it.

      We don't support 3rd party images, especially the ones sold with ROMs and Retropie. Use the image from retropie.org.uk/forum and if you still have an issue, then open a separate topic and post the details of your system - as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
