    Hopefully it works. Will get in touch with News.
    It would be annoying, if the rpi is broken..

    @Sevik said in ScummVM Game won't launch from RetroPie:

    I too have the same problem.
    Quite sure it is a permission problem as the log says:
    ····/opt/retropie/supplementary/runcommand/runcommand.sh: line 827: /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/scummvm/+Start ScummVM.sh: Permission denied

    You were right.. It Is a permission issue .
    So I took a look at my fstab one more time and edited it.
    This is my new command:

    UUID=E44B-FC4E /home/pi/RetroPie vfat auto,users,rw,exec,uid=pi,gid=pi 0 0

    I don't know if this change is affecting other permission issues, but it seems to work.

    I found the command in this RetroPie topic.

    @mediamogul said in [Solved] Cannot configure DOSbox and ScummVM:

    OK, drop to the command line (f4 key), then type "sudo nano /etc/fstab". After that you can add the line "/dev/sda1 /media/usb0 vfat auto,users,rw,exec,uid=pi,gid=pi 0 0". Then hit "ctrl+o" to save, "Enter" to confirm, "ctrl+x" to exit and finish it off with "sudo reboot". That should do it, but we'll see.

    Update...I managed to sort this problem, firstly by selecting ' core provided ' as the aspect ratio option. Then under configuration set the following settings ..

    Save configuration on exit ON
    Configuration per core OFF
    Use per game core option ON
    Load overide files automatically OFF
    Load remap files automatically ON

    Now each game seems to automatically load in its correct aspect ratio.

    Thanks for the help.

    @tehswiftone said in Single GPIO button:

    Add this inside of your controllers config, don't forget to replace button with a proper button ID. This will be similar to exiting an emulator, you will use select + button to use it. So don't worry about it taking up a button on your controller.

    input_volume_down_btn = "button"
    input_volume_up_btn = "button"

    I have mine setup to use Up and Down on the D-pad. Just change the "btn" to "axis".

    input_volume_down_axis = "+1"
    input_volume_up_axis = "-1"

    @seanr8 I'm having the exact same issue. I'm using the Huijia N64 adapter and the Project Venom N64 controller (from Amazon). Did you get anywhere with configuring this correctly and preventing the extra button presses?

    Thanks

    @BuZz Graphically, Doom is slightly more demanding than Arena, so that gives me a fair idea of what to expect in and of itself.

    Well, I don't know if it's the problem but I just found out that my intellivision games are not working any more... Blank screen and back to the menu.
    Mame games seem to be OK.
    About Apple, I tried with games zipped and unzipped by adding extension .zip in the es_systems.cfg

    I found the problem about the intellivision games...
    It comes from the keyboard hack files I created.
    I removed them all and replace the emulators.cfg as well.
    Now I can launch them. But without the keyboard hack !

    Ok after so much testing found out to be a user error

    I was just unplugging it from the base of the unit, where unit connects to the power but when I unplug it from the plug by the power plug not the adapter it works just fine :) All is well

    nothing got corrupted

    No that I remember although it's an upgraded image as it use to be on 3.7.

    Am I doomed? I was hoping not to have to build from scratch.

    The lack of free GPU memory caused it. So either keep your split higher as you have done, or use a lighter theme like Carbon.

    Hiho,
    So thanks to dankcushions advice i fixed this issue for the most part. However, i've discovered i now cant auto load states in the Prodrive(7800) core. It seems to be auto saving for the most part but i always get the Auto Load Failed dialogue when booting a rom back up. I have tried going via the RGUI and although the dialogue doesn't say failed in this case, it just seems to load in the usual boot up state. I have the auto load/save commands set up in the 7800 config. Again it was working before updating to 4.02. As ever, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    Grumbleduke.
