      What do you think about adding ExaGear Desktop to optional packages to RetroPie?

      I think the software should be open source or pay to use the binaries or something. raspberry pi is all about open source and free source communities. Exagear being a paid software is really a kick to the face for the pi community.

      at least set it up as patreon or something instead of the garbage it is now.

      @meleu I use emulated arm chroot with qemu on x86_64 pc with ubuntu, but also cross compiler on the host via distcc. (I don't have time to do any write up but there are some on the net).

      Probably you'll have better results if you try with https://github.com/PhoenixInteractiveNL/emuDownloadCenter/wiki/Emulator-xe, which has Linux support.

      @Nickelino
      I did the same as @cresfang using Lubuntu but with a quick Google search, I found this on another forum:

      I'm currently having the exact same issue.
      Only problem is that also my keyboard is having problems. So far only the arrow keys and shift seems to work, and not the "Enter" key, so I sort of can't select options in the Retroarch menu to turn off the Autoconfig.

      Edit- Ok, did some more searching into it and learned that enter is not the select key on the keyboard. Found some info here https://www.libretro.com/index.php/getting-started-with-retroarch/. Just discard my problems with the keyboard.

      I don't know about a bootable drive, but this guide might be close to what you want:

      @lawrencejd Please open a new topic explaining your issue and add the info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
      It's bad forum etiquette to bump years old topics, even if related to your issue.

      @obsidianspider well if you think about it you're using a computer... To emulate a computer... To emulate another computer ;) emulatorception! lots of overhead processing there. But glad it's at least functional :)

      @vbs they were the same before. We flattened the RPI structure so shader previous/next hotkeys worked as they don't work with subfolders

      @mickabrig7

      I have already tried to port this natively, there is just not enough RAM to run it...
      (BTW Undertale needs OpenGL, which is only compatible with the stock Raspbian image, not the RetroPie image)
      You can see my failed attempt here: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/2704/undertale-for-retropie-raspberry-pi

      Well, I found the solution. And it had nothing to do with mupen :D Mupen uses a resolution of 640x480 and my TV-settings were configured to stretch 640x480 (4:3) to 16:9. Changing my settings to "4:3" fixed it. Also for usual 1920x1080 resolution it still keeps 16:9 aspect ratio.

      Perhaps supermodel3 would run decently on i5 above 2.5Ghz.
