Comcast could be performing network management techniques, such as network traffic shaping or even sending out RST packets.

I'd have to perform a network packet inspection using Wireshark and then contact Comcast Technical Support and AWS to see if they can determine the reason's why a download from s3.amazonaws.com would eventually fail.

But, I did use a VPN service and didn't have any issues downloading it.

The neon-enhancement works really well, but sadly the xbr-shader (bottom most of shader list) now looks like it's doing nothing. Pixels stay pixels, no smoothing anymore like before.

Is there a fix or a smiliar shader for this?

By holding the menu button I could disable the scaling mode, why samsung couldn't build a menu function for that....

@dogeymon The default layout for the keyboad is GB, that's where the pound sign comes from. Edit the /etc/default/keyboard file and change the layout to us:

XKBMODEL="pc105" XKBLAYOUT="us" XKBVARIANT="" XKBOPTIONS=""

then reboot the system and try again.

@dankcushions Yeah, I know about this project, but OpenELEC distribution really limits me to make my changes easily, that's why I want to test all on RetroPie and then make changes to Lakka.

@dogeymon Good to hear! Also try switching up your emulators if some games aren't working great. If I remember correctly, Pier Solar didn't work well with the default Genesis emulator but when I used a different one, it ran much better. Glad your Genesis isn't ruined :)

I have a 128GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Card. Works pretty well for me. I went with using the Fat 32 Format tool method for the higher compatibility rate.

@greenhawk84 is there an easier way I'm have the Exact same issue if I connect to mi Pi wirelessly and remove one or other it removes Both genisis and megadrive I have no clue how use putty lol

@caver01 As you found, I just use alsamixer from the command line - works great. Generally, I just access it via ssh from my phone and make the adjustment.

Nevermind. I figured it out already. I had to SSH into it and write some commands to install the PS4 and 360 controllers manually. Works great now

@simonandrewwil Silly me. I forgot to mention I am using a mixture of pi zeros and Pi zero w's. Guess What? The pi zero W's are the ones running slower. I have just figured this out. Doh! Why is this? Is it due to to wifi/Bluetooth running in the background? The pi zero image was running a wifi dongle with no big processor hit.
