I am going to answer this one myself in case anyone else needs this info in the future. After looking through the run_mess.sh script itself, I was able to see that the message "hn613128pc64.bin NOT FOUND (tried in pv2000)" was trying to tell me that lr-mess was looking for the BIOS file in a pv2000 subdirectory of the main BIOS directory. Once it was placed there the logic to skip the software list/hash started working properly and I was able to launch roms that did not match the official hashes.

My guess is because of the recent Libretro hack, no assets are currently available for download - including cheats.

@jgeibel @wossquee Not sure if you still care about this, but this is now possible by using the new retroarch core dosbox-pure. Just tested it out and now I'm able to get this pinball game working vertically on my cocktail table setup. Now to add 2 flipper buttons on the side so it plays like a real pinball table.

Also note that I had to change the IRQ setting to use IRQ 5 instead of IRQ 7 (the default) to get the sound effects to work.

I have checked the cp entries and all the relevant rom files I extracted from the other image are in that folder anyway so I wouldn't think that part would be an issue..

UPDATE: Looking at that script and digging through I've found a RetroPieAmigaSetup-master.zip and a UAEConfigMaker-master.zip downloaded and scripts contained within were executed. I'll dig through those and see if there anything that has moved/re-routed something

@retropieuser555 I don’t have that camera bug. I remember reading a couple threads about that either here or on reddit. I can’t remember if there was a fix or not.

Aside from the buzzing noise, the only “problem” I have is the resetting. After about 20-30 minutes of playing it gets laggy and then crashes.

No offence, but you should have to tell about original code and maker - at least original github URL

and It would be better if you inform about your changes to master repositories.( there is 'fork' feature)

The turbo function is build in to the controller just like the original PC Engine.
These can not be mapped for any other function because they are hardwired into the pcb.

I just want to say grats and I am a little jealous of your bartop. I am a Campbell, too.

If the SDcard is removable, all they have to provide is a new image file and you can write it on the SDcard - I don't see why you'd need to get a new SD card.

We don't support 3rd party images - image your sd card with the image from retropie.org.uk/download. We don't know how the sdcard you purchased was configured or pre-installed with RetroPie.
