I read about the API changed of EmlationStation but I had some packages conflict that I fixed with 'apt --fix-broken install' and after this I updated the EmulationStation as you said.

@ian02293 I'm not familiar with the theme - if it supports collections or not, you'll have to ask the theme author or just try adding your collections to see if the theme already has images for them.

I though I had alleviated the issue but, it is seems that it persists. Leaving the following.

The files were corrupted by either dosbox-sdl2 or by the settings and game Albion.

The threats and viruses detected by Windows 10 were likely just corrupted files.

Possibly the raspberry has been compromised.

I always feel a special sort of dumbness when I realize I have imaginary enemies, and new technology.

/opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh

so it calls

emulationstation --screensize 640 576 --screenoffset 37 79

when booting and when reseting ES from the menu, and it's working flawlessly!

@lmjiang1 Hi. I've been trying to get my M30 pad working with my Pi running Retropie, and it connects ok via Bluetooth, but my problem is that the controller won't recognise the R or C buttons when configuring it in Emulation Station. Do all your buttons work ok?

@delirium_cordia RetroPie (and the Raspberry PI and other SBCs) are all about tinkering and learning new things. No need to rush things if you're not in a hurry - ask away in the forums if you cannot find the answer in the Docs.

@granderjoree I don't think that's possible either. The input_exit_emulator_btn can only have one value.

The CTR issue was resolved in another thread. The dynarec in LR-PSCX Rearmed is cutting out some of the graphics. It is not AFAIK currently fixable since the game is unplayable and slow with the dynarec turned off. CTR runs perfectly in BEETLE HW and I think there has been talk (maybe just talk, insert salt as required) of it being possible to port it to the Pi 4.

The RetroPie scriptmodule has some compilation flags set (per system) which might not be set when you manually compile. However, the compiler option that triggers the error (looks like -Werror) is not part of those flags. I just tested on 18.04 and the installation works fine, maybe the new gcc in 19.04 is more strict.

I think that's not supported at the moment, but I think it's a planned feature (custom platform aliases). I see you found a workaround in the mean time :).

I saw this thread, so I set up lr-hatari, got it working, and updated the docs, mostly just from the core's github readme. It worked pretty much first try, but the docs previously only covered Hatari standalone.

One thing I am not clear on is how you get the core to look at different BIOS files in order to emulate the STE or Falcon, but I haven't tried that yet.
