If you have a Pi 3, you can disable these devices by adding the following lines to your config.txt

dtoverlay=pi3-disable-wifi
dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt

To solve this problem You can specify these settings for each controller in /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch-joypads/<gamepad's name>.cfg:

input_left_axis = "-0" input_right_axis = "+0" input_up_axis = "-1" input_down_axis = "+1"

There's an option to disable video audio in the Sound Settings.

I came across this same problem today. I know this post is getting old, but hopefully this answer is useful to others who have the same problem.

To clear the cached HiRes Textures, navigate to: /home/pi/.cache/mupen64plus/cache/
delete the file: <ROM_Name>_HIRESTEXTURES.htc
Where <ROM_Name> is the name of the ROM you want to clear the cached textures.

Say for example you wanted to clear the high resolution textures for Super Mario 64,
rm /home/pi/.cache/mupen64plus/cache/"SUPER MARIO 64_HIRESTEXTURES.htc"

I quickly checked the file and it seems ok, as you said.
I noticed the image "size" (dimension of the page in inkscape) is quite big compared to usual system svgs. ES does scale it but sometimes that scaling has issues.
I would suggest you open one of the existing ES system.svgs (or any of my custom system icons) , save it with a different name, delete all objects (making it "empty"), open your sinclair svg, select all objects and paste them in the "empy" svg, group all objects and save.
That should fix your problem.

wow that was quick. It was the rom indeed. Thanks Mitu for your quick support. It finally works...

Forgot to mention, both partitions are formatted in ext4 format.
Not sure if that info was need lol but noticed i had not added it.

Your attitude is bad and is not the right way to get help. I would suggest a different approach - people do this for fun in their spare time - we owe you nothing.

If you go on github and write things like the following you will not get the support of any of the developers.

@trailjacker I personally don't know a lot about scrapers. I usually use sselph's scraper and then manually add videos on my own, though I'm using an old version of the scraper.

Sorry I'm not more helpful here - maybe a separate thread with that particular question may help?

@tredelijkheid In your custom Carbon theme in /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/themes, make a copy of the zxspectrum folder and rename it zx81.

I couldn't find any ZX81 artwork in the RetroPie themes but I did find a selection of ZX81 svgs in the Recalbox theme.

Download your preferred logo by right clicking on the image and selecting Save image as.... Save it on your PC as system.svg so it's consistent with the Carbon theme and place a copy in the zx81/art folder you just created and your theme is done.
