I did earlier today when I upgraded to Kodi 17.1, but I used the keyboard to get into Kodi's input, peripherals settings and was able to map my Xbox360 controller there in the KODI UI and it's working fine.

I found the filters through the Retroarch menu. Is there a way to cycle through them while playing? Thank you for your time, sorry for all the questions.

Somehow this has fixed itself. There are changes occuring to my system automatically, and I'm not really sure why, but you can close this issue.

Yes, give it a go from a version with the standard build and add AM from experimental. I'm sure Buzz integrated it better than I would have done, plus I could do the same to help debug if it still doesnt work.

@Floob Thank you for the heads up. When I've got some time (possibly over Easter) i'll look in to it. I have to admit, this has been on the back burner somewhat as we're in the middle of decorating, but each time i bust Retropie out the fact i've not got my Amiga set up the way I want does bug me!

Re. speed gains :
What about running games at low resolutions, but then using shaders to make it look acceptable? Or do the shaders always run at the emulated resolution?

Truth to be told I am more confident with Sudoku and subway more than Sudo and terminals but at least I can get the point of the deep waters of using Berryboot. Thanks. :)

Power supply is very important. The current 2,5A is not only one parameter you need to guarantee. You need also this two parameters:

linear adjustment +/-2%, load regulation +/- 5%,
