Most adapters out there converts USB signals to HDMI (or other video format) signals to output video to monitor/TV. I have not known an adapter that converts HDMI signals to USB. If that can be done, you will also need a software in the tablet to interpret the USB signals back to video for the tablet to display. Also, said HDMI-to-USB adapter cannot be DRM compliant as it will be a means to pirate copyrighted video contents.

Thank you very much for the file and the Help!
I had to change a little bit in the Script and use now uinput from uinput.
I ran into Problems with Dependencies... basically I haven't read thoroughly enough...
Everything else in the Script is the same.
Software works and the Buttons also... but! I have to make a new Plan on the Hardware itself.
It turned out that the Way I wantet to build the entire Thing does not work. It just does not fit...
Will have to see when I will have enough Time again to make a new Plan...

@incunabula i put all wads and pk3's into one folder. Then i have all seperate .sh files that load each game seperately. I keep all the wads in one folder so it makes it easy to make my .sh files. I can copy another one just making the minor adjustments to make the next games .sh

The BIOS file is named SCPH1001.BIN

Place SCPH1001.BIN in (case sensitive)

/home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS

What region is the rom? Have you tried downloading a different rom in another format? (.bin + .cue) or .php?

Usually if you got Network Connection the BIOS folder is shared and you can place file there. If you ask questions here in the forum then read our wiki first.

You can read the link I posted for the supported file formats. I prefer to just download converted .pbp's due to being smaller in size and are only one file, which makes for a neater library.

As for the bios, yes, one file. There's different version numbers of the bios that exist. Just choose one.

Thanks! This was the only thing that helped for using my nes30 pro.
Only issue left is that I can't get out of a game with the select+start combo.
Do you have the same issue or how have you fixed this?

Edit: Nevermind, found the solution in the retroarch wiki. Was confused with the high numbers in the original config for the hotkeys but they need to be the same as the combo-key you want to use. Easy peasy :)

It hasn't stopped it, but I think it's less noticeable.

Fixed: Don't run RetroPie Setup from EmulationStation, because EmulationStation doesn't want you to run as root and you need root to do the autologin changes. Sudo and run the RetroPie Setup from cmdline and then change your autoboot, everything's peachy now.
