@dalves Games that do scrolling (eg. Auto Racing, AD&D) will typically expand the left and top border by one tile, making the active area smaller and appear shifted right. Some games (eg. Space Battle, Shark Shark) that don't scroll, expand the left border anyway, for no good reason. PGA Golf, Deadly Discs, and Sub Hunt are examples of games that don't expand the border and should look centred.

Regarding resolution, maybe it's a good idea if the Retropie creators add a default -z1 switch to the default jzIntv command. That way it looks decent out of the box.

Might also be a good idea to add a default --kbdhackfile switch along with a sample keyboard hack file (empty except for some comments), along with the official jzintv keyboard hackfile documentation with the install of Retropie jzIntv

Did you see this at the top of the page?

If you can complete the information requested in that post, then we will see what we can do to help.

Well, I somehow managed to fix the issue while I was sorting out other things last night. No idea what I did to fix it exactly, so I wasn't able to track down what I did to cause it in the first place. A bit unsatisfying, but oh well.

Thanks for the help. Either way, pointing out that log file to me probably directly resulted in my error getting fixed.

      @hurricanefan

So the only things I plan on adding are a trackball, some low profile casters for the back, and some levelers for the front. I didn't know exactly what casters I wanted before starting the build, or else I would have cut them in before I built it. It's not that big a deal to do it after the fact, but I'm worried about getting a bunch of saw dust between the plexi and the monitor which will be a royal pain to clean. Other than that, I just picked up an 8 bitdo bluetooth controller to supplement playing on some of the console systems. I haven't had time to play or sync it with the arcade yet. So far, that's about it. Maybe I'll come back with some updates once I've played with it for awhile. It seems there are always some things you would do differently once you own things for a while!

Solved. Had to access emulator settings for the one second the game was booting and disable "Fast Memory (Unstable)". Boots fine now.

@mitu Turned out to be much simpler than that. This line:

      <extension>.uae</extension>

Should have read ADF instead of UAE. All sorted now, excellent user-friendly emu :)

Heads up, PCSX2 1.6 is now out with a LOT of stuff fixed. Not sure how current the Linux build is, but I've been REALLY happy with the improvements to the Windows version. Many games that had severe rendering issues are now playable.

So, I got retropie installed on stretch, and it works brilliantly !!!!

So my ace girlfriend comes up trumps for my birthday and got me a pair of Official PS3 controllers for my birthday !!!!

It works fine whilst on the usb cable, but I have tried to connect it via bluetooth, both with ps3drivers installed, and uninstalled, via the bluetooth search app, it finds it fine, but then asks to enter a 6 digit code, which I obviously cannot enter

I have done everything I found on Google search, but nothing helped

Can one of you great guys help me ????

@greenhawk84 I fired up the Super Famicom and they say right around 60 fps. Things also don't seem as fast as I was remembering them last night. Unless anyone else says they've seen it, I'm going to chalk it up to me over analyzing things looking for bugs after I rebuilt that system or being really tired. ¯\(ツ)/¯

Which emu are you using for MAME/NeoGeo?

If you're using a libretro emu, you should be able to go into the RA menu (Hotkey+X by default), go to controls and there should be controls for User 1 Coin 1, User 2 Coin 2, etc.

Set them all to the same input, whichever input your coin controller is mapped to.

Do you have other buttons available on your USB joystick encoder? Maybe try setting it to another button instead of an axis?
